Patrick and his team did a great job of being communicative, setting realistic expectations, and getting to my project in a reasonable amount of time. They essentially redesigned and rebuilt the sewer system in my house, and ran an entirely new house main to connect to the city's main. To call it a big project is a bit of an understatement. Bonus on the experience was that an expected 3 day project window, from start to finish, was accomplished in 2 days due to his team being organized and prepared. Definitely will be a returning customer and will refer folks to 1st Pick Plumbing.
