Merle Snyder didn't do that. They were honest and direct, didn't charge us, because, as they put it, We really didn't do anything. There's nothing that we can diagnose at this point." (!) And they were aware I would have paid for whatever they said they needed to do. They responded rapidly, went to a great deal of trouble to analyse the issues of the vehicle, and to explain their conclusions - to her, and to me. That seemed to me like doing a great deal.
