  OMG. This guy is amazing. I called Bryant on Friday and explained that my computer was so slow that I was not able to continue doing anything on it and I probably needed a new computer. He told me to bring it in and he would look at it. He called Friday evening and said that he could fix it and it would be ready on sunday evening. I previously had a bad experience with Geek Squad and they kept my computer for almost 2 wks and it was much more expensive. Bryant stuck to his word and the bill was exactly as the estimate said (very reasonable) and my computer is totally fixed and was ready when he said. He took the time to explain what he did (in language that I can understand) and it was exactly what he said it would be. . Don't waste your time with box store repairs. Go directly to Bryant and save yourself time, money and frustration.

  Visiting from Indiana for a few weeks. My computer stopped working. Did not know local resources. Checked Google reviews. Saw great reviews for 01-Guy. Was apprehensive about going to Best Buy and having my computer taken from me (for who knows how long, when I'm not from area, and when I need computer for my travels to the region). Bryant met me on a Sunday, had computer fixed in about 30 minutes, VERY reasonable cost, much less than Best Buy would have charged. All around impressive service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If I lived in this area, I would be a repeat customer.

  My computer wouldn't turn on, and I was looking online for a place to have someone look at it and I'm SO glad I checked this place out first! Bryan was able to squeeze me in that day. He originally thought a part might have been broken, but called me later that day saying he found the problem and had fixed it! His speed with getting my computer back to me was incredibly convenient for a busy college student. He's nice, quick, and professional. I definitely will be coming back here if I have any other computer troubles, and I recommend that anyone else should do the same!

  Great, quick and honest service for a very reasonable price. Do NOT go to the chains. Check this guy out first! Rescued my laptop from oblivion! Now it’s fast af and he saved me from thinking I needed to buy a new computer.

  I don't usually write reviews, but this guy honestly deserves one. I went to Apple and Best Buy first to try and fix my laptop and I wish I would've went to Bryan first. Both Apple and and Best Buy took their time to fix my laptop, but Bryan did within 30 minutes! For 5 times cheaper the price too, and he didn't ask a down payment to fix it. Amazing is all I can say.
