    I tried making an appointment online but kept having issues, I called to verify my appt and the website never saved the time slot. I was able to call more than two hours later and still get the time slot I was attempting to save online. Once there service was quick and efficient. They also went over upcoming maintenance and attached pricing to services.

    I had my car serviced today and I was impressed by the customer service at Briggs Nissan in Lawrence. Paul was so nice and kept me informed every step in the process. The waiting area was nice with drinks and snacks. They drove me to work and picked me up when my car was done and there was a nice touch with having my car washed as well. I think the service is amazing, too. My car is happy. ????

    I was very happy with my experience buying my car. Cedric and Lawrence worked hard to get me behind the wheel of my new Nissan. They went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience! I really appreciated getting introduced to some of the different people that work there. I would recommend this place to get your car from!!

    Briggs Nissan of Lawrence was a nice place to visit. Doug and Lawrence tried very diligently to work with me. I recently relocated to Kansas and they helped me get the vehicle my wife like and that would work with my price range. I'm very grateful of their work. Also Al in the service center takes good care of my older quest when it's serviced. Cheers guys.
