“Our family visits the cabins every year. Every year they are awesome! We enjoyed the walks down to the beach. Best part about coming in the month of March is all of the poison ivy is dead. The worst thing is possible you might get a little bit of rain or snow out there. But welcome to Kansas! People do a really good job taking care of the cabins and the park rangers are very helpful. We actually broke one of the kitchen utensils and let the office know and they said no problem at all! We were happy to replace the utensil if they needed. Always well stocked with toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Bathrooms are spacious. Everything is ADA Compliant.”
