“I absolutely love this place!! My husband and I now see Joann because she specializes in curly/wavy hair and knows exactly how to make it cooperate and awesome! My husband HATES people cutting his hair, but he now loves going, as long as she's the one doing it, because she understands and knows what to do! I always have trouble with my bangs and finding someone to help me get the perfect feathered look with them and get the waves to cooperate, and she was the first to ever do it in YEARS!! My first time going, this woman didn't know me from Adam, but she was instantly so bubbly and nice and acted like we went way back and it was awesome! Also, I can never find anyone who can wax my eyebrows and shape them and make them look good since the person who used to do them for me moved away, but they done AMAZING!!! I give 100 out of 5 stars!!!”

Our Server had an established rapport w regular customers. She treated us like she's known us all her life, also. The most important factor is she did all this, while making us forget she was working. Seamless. The quality of the food was a pleasant surprise. Real mashed potatoes! Portions were perfect. Produce: fresh and crisp. I was taken aback w flavor. Know what I noticed after the quality of the meat? That I could taste it. Meaning the grill is clean.”

“Really good guys run this place! Well informed on the products they sell. I've bought many items from them and I've never been disappointed, sold many as well and received a good pay-out! They've got a wide variety of items to choose from ranging video games, books, dvds, guns, cameras (basic pawn shop material), but priced pretty good! Honestly, the best pawn shop Ottawa's had long since I've been alive. I'm 23 as I'm writing this. They're very clean, items are sorted and it's very easy to find what you're after. They also have this amazing layaway system that some places have, some don't. But no credit needed, no nothing. Just pay a small down-payment at first, and you got 90 days to pay it off in full and it's YOURS. Located at 1st and North Main, so it's in the MIDDLE of town before you cross the bridge, so it's fitting location wise. What more can I say, I go there and I'd recommend it to anyone else.”
