CrossFirst Bank

I am a finance director for an organization in Overland Park. When I first started my job, I didn't understand why we banked with a bank that was a 15-20 minute drive from our office. But after I walked in the door the first time, I immediately understood! CrossFirst Bank staff are amazing to work with and I feel like they are more than just partners with our company, they are personal friends. I always look forward to making a trip to the bank.

Great people with a friendly staff!

After banking with a large national Bank for 15 years I finally got fed up with their policies and staff. Everytime I had a significant transaction that I needed to go into the branch for, they had a person in the lobby trying to shoo away customers. I was referred to a banker at CrossFirst by a co-worker when we had a significant business transaction. After working with her on the business deal I was so impressed that the next week I brought all my personal banking there and haven't looked back. Service remains number one and their rates are very competitive well. I couldn't be happier with my new bank!

I was very Nervous about opening a acct with a new bank. But I had a check drawn off Crossfirst, I had to cash. I went to the branch on the plaza, and well lets just say.... WOW... Very professional staff, I gotta say Alyssa was so sweet, helped me out and renewed my confidence in banks. Not only was she very Cute ;) but I just loved the service!! So thank you Alyssa and you will see me again... I will be recommending your services to my friends as well....
