My experience here is that everything was pain free they have a laser for completing fillings without anesthetic, I had several items on my treatment plan needing to be completed and was able to have everything done in one visit. Very up to date on all equipment and procedures and techniques. I appreciate not having to make several appointments and miss out on work. “We had a great experience with Kay. She welcomed us into her home for the cake tasting (yum!) and the cake was just as good at the wedding as the time we tried it. I gave Kay pictures of what I wanted and she nailed it. Make sure to try the almond cake-- its the best! We had SO many compliments from our guests with how much they loved the cake. In fact, we ran out of cake because many people took 2-3 pieces. She also made a rugby ball cake as the groom's cake and it turned out fabulous as well. Kay is so sweet, artistic and very talented. We highly recommend her!”

“From the very start I had a great experience with Schabel Performance Health and Fitness. Receptionist Macy is a true joy on the phone and in person. I had a hip bursitis that caused me chronic pain for two years. I spent a lot of time, effort, and money trying to get better to no avail. Dr. Nick used a method of touch I had never experienced before but I noticed diminished discomfort from the first session. After four sessions, I feel well enough to "graduate" from treatment. That said, I will def go back if I have any other issues in the future.”

“I've been working out at Iron Tribe for about 3 months, and I absolutely love it!! With the 101 classes the coaches teach you the basic movement that you will need to know for the everyday classes. They also work with you on your diet, so you will see fast results. All the coaches are very experienced, and really help you with form and technique. Thanks to Jenny and Clay, I have really improved my handstand push up and snatch, just to name a few. Also, the friendships I have made here are awesome. Everyone in the classes are so supportive of each other, and cheering each other on to finish the workout. I would definitely recommend checking Iron Tribe out.”
