The entire care team of Benefits of Home are outstanding! The level of caring, personalized service is evident from the senior executive team all the way through to the daily caregivers. We have been dealing with a difficult situation with my Mother in Law long distance and without the support of Benefits of Home the challenges would have been far greater. we got rough start with this company. at beginning, one of their staffs who supposed provide my parents' service came over fisrt day and told us she had back problem without starting the service. and we got miscommunication with care manager. but after talk to the owner Kent, most of our problem got solved. they have much better staffs than some one at beginning, so far, all staffs are very responsible and have very positive attitude. and Kent came over to go through everything with us before we resume the service with them.

At first my mother was reluctant to have anyone come into her home, but after her latest hip surgery, she finally conceded that she needed help. On the recommendation of a friend we contacted Benefits of Home and I have to say they have been nothing short of amazing. Kent and his team of caregivers provide caring, personal and friendly service. They have been helping my mother for the past six months and have become a looked forward to part of her daily routine. They see what needs to be done and do it. The ladies who help her are now like family to her. My brothers and I all live far away and it is a great relief to us to have available the valuable service Benefits of Home provides. I would sincerely recommend them to anyone who needs in home care for themselves or a loved one.

really pleased with getting assistance for my mother. my sisters and I live in other cities and cannot take care of things long distance. Previous aides hired based on word of mouth and not through a company were less dependable.
Mom needed unique skill set - hang laundry on highest bar in closet, help figure out iphone apps, drive her to CVS or go browsing in stores. Flexible to medical appointment schedules. Kent and staff have been wonderful

What an amazing gift Benefits of Home was for my mom ...and me. Their team was compassionate, caring and flexible with our ever changing needs. I understand that not all people connect..that doesn't make them bad people. If mom and her caretaker didn't connect, BOH would make adjustments. Many of the caretakers were also her friends. I would highly recommend Benefits of Home. Communication is key! If you have a need, they will work to meet it!
