In addition to the regular checkup on the furnace, he found two related problems which are not covered by my maintenance plan. But he showed me how to deal with them and we should be able to easily get them handled. He was pleasant, efficient and capable. Glad 4-Eco is here.
(September 28, 2020, 9:51 am)I made the appointment to have my water heater flushed and inspected. It was very old and I knew that would have to replace it with in the next few years. After inspecting the anode rod it was obvious that the entire water heater needed to be replaced. Justin di a great job explaining everything. He was very professional in the work he did. I am very pleased with the work he did
(August 10, 2020, 4:55 pm)Adam did a fabulous job and went the extra mile to make certain the lavatory drain system and shut offs were going to function for my remodel. This was a much larger task than I anticipated, requiring the removal of a very old rusted out waste pipe and replacement with the modern standard size. He even noted the toilet needed a new shut off and took care of it, without my having to ask. I enthusiastically endorse Adam's conscientious work. Much appreciated!
(August 9, 2020, 9:00 pm)Excellent company! Leo did a fantastic job taking care of our a/c maintenance. He also found a problem that could've been potentially much worse and was able to fix it immediately. Very pleased, and will definitely be utilizing the company again in the future.
