I had a wonderful experience at Benchmark Physical Therapy! I had cervical disk replacement and had the goal of getting back to full neck mobility and back to my normal fitness routine. Jacob did an excellent job! He was very patient, provided thorough explanations for my exercises and stretches, and kept me motivated. Tech Shelby was also excellent! She was very sweet, helpful, and reassuring. After 4 weeks of PT, my neck strength and mobility are better than they’ve ever been!

So glad I was referred to BM and especially Scott as a Physical Therapist. He is very knowledgeable and listened to me giving me great, pinpointed treatment and helped me recover. Kudos to his whole team!!

Scott Lowe is a master A+ physical therapist.

He is encouraging, truthful, and is able to pay attention to you and keep all of his assistants busy by providing guidance on exercises for their other patients.

Scott was very positive from the onset, as well as being very encouraging to me. I have reach excellent flexibility with my knee, and have been pain free for two weeks already. I have just finished my therapy with Scott Lowe, and I was sad to have it come to an end. That's because Scott is a wonderful person, whom I will miss seeing. He's compassionate and kind, and his knowledge is extensive. Additionally, he explains his treatment in easy to understand terms, and he answers all questions with patience and in easy to understand language.

The Benchmark clinic seems to run flawlessly. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The assistants are always ready to help with your program, ensuring that you are never left waiting for your next exercise. The schedulers are really on top of things, offering reminders of appointments and working with you to find workable ways times for your scheduling.
