Stretch Zone

My husband has a significant disability with his hips and legs. He said to me that this is the best he has felt in decades . He does 3 stretches a week and it’s amazing the pain he is not having , the range of motion is the best ever . He was looking into disability but now that’s “off the table “ They are so professional and so knowledgeable about the body . The isolation of of the stretches is nothing that he could accomplish on his own . These people and this service are life changing . Thank you so much for you work and this service ! I have enjoyed my weekly stretch with Javon. He does an awesome job and is very knowledgeable about the stretches and the muscles targeted. I have limitations due to a hip replacement, and he works hard to identify the correct and safe stretches for me. I would certainly recommend Stretch Zone to others!

I just finished my weekly stretch at Stretch Zone in Lenexa, Ks. Feels so good and it helps so much with my leg. Since my back surgery in 2016, I haven't got all feeling back in my left leg. Since I been going to Stretch zone, I can feel my leg getting better. I can feel lots more movement throughout my left leg. The staff is always helpful and seems to love what they do a Stretch Zone.

I currently work at this Stretch Zone and with the location in Overland Park (so I may be a little biased), and I see a lot of happy people here. Plenty of people have been stretching with us since we opened in the summer of last year, and plenty more keep coming in. Yes, the stretching is great, but I think people especially enjoy the relationships they create with their stretcher. Not only do we genuinely care about the individual's physical goals or needs, but we also care for that person, completing the whole-person concept. So not only are we excited to show you that your flexibility and range-of-motion has improved, but we also get excited to hear about your big life events and successes. I can't even begin to count the number of people who have told me, "I plan on continuing to do this forever!"

My sister told me about this place because she thought it was great and thought it might help me. I have been suffering from low back pain off and on for over 10 years. I've been getting chiropractic adjustments consistently 2 to 4 times a week for the last 2 years. I finally decided to try the epidural steroid injections in my back and they did nothing for me. I had gotten to the point that I could not stand for more than 3 minutes without being in excruciating pain. I decided to try this place out and it has literally changed my life. It may be the combo of chiropractic care and stretching, I'm not really sure, nor do I really care. I am almost pain free now. I can stand as long as I want to. I have become active again and have started to lose the weight that I had gained from not being able to do anything. I feel this place has changed my life and I would highly recommend it to anybody that has been dealing with the same issues as I have. I swear on my life, this treatment can work miracles.
