(December 8, 2018, 11:47 am)I've never felt more at home in an apartment complex. It's quiet yet alive. The tenants are friendly and the property clean. My two bedroom/two full bathroom is the perfect amount of space for family life, entertaining, and keeping a clean space. Most of all, the staff here onsite is the most fabulous group of people I've ever had the pleasure of paying rent to. They care so much about the everyday lives of their tenants, they're kind and engaging, I've never had to wait more than a couple of days for my service requests (I put in a lot because I hate taking care of stuff myself. CHANGE ALL MY LIGHTBULBS! BAHAHA), they throw a few events a year and really put a great effort into it, heck, they've befriended my children! I seriously don't know what I could ask for more in a community. We truly love living here and can't wait to renew our lease come this February.

(April 1, 2018, 1:17 pm)Not a bad place. Overall community is quiet and kept up well. A little behind for amenities and features compared to others in the area. Maintenance staff are awesome. Office staff turnover has been high in the almost two years I have been here.

(March 18, 2018, 1:22 pm)My experience at Estancia has been nothing short of wonderful! Molly Fagan my leasing agent is very kind, professional and goes above and beyond. She helped me find a one bedroom that I am very happy with and her expertise is unprecedented. I always look forward to seeing her on a weekly basis just to stop in and say hi! She shows her kindness and outgoingness everyday and it adds to Estancia's appeal. I have no intention of moving as I love it here and Molly has made it complete for me.
