Kevin Thomas is a highly educated and experienced trainer. He will make it his mission to help you reach your fitness goals along with powerful words of encouragement that keep you motivated. Working with him for the past few years has been a pleasure. My individualized weight training and cardio sessions have not only boosted my energy levels, but have helped me lose inches.

Last but not least, Kevin’s wife, Heather, is a valuable team member who has inspired me to embrace a more holistic approach to a healthier lifestyle. A few of her specialties include organic meal prepping, clean recipes, clutter-free living, air quality awareness, and emotional support.
