Every time I call they are polite, the orders are done in a timely manner, if you haven't filled and your script is getting ready to expire they call and check on you. I recently had ordered a three month supply and shortly after my Dr changed my script. I no longer needed the three month supply. Midwest Compounders was more than generous in the way they were willing to work with me so I would not be out all the money I just spent on the three month supply. “The showroom is well organized, their selection is decent, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason they are receiving four stars is because of a custom tile order that didn't go well. Most of the problem was with Oceanside Tile, but Virginia Tile's warehouse should have kept in better contact with our tile installer on all of the issues and delays. Instead, he repeatedly had to reschedule work at our property (3X total before it was done). In the end, we cancelled the custom tile order after numerous flimsy excuses for delays and went with an in stock subway tile.”

We had to get one of our customer's food trucks with a custom refrigeration unit fixed within a days notice and they were able to squeeze us in and get a full days worth of work done in a matter of hours. They have a great selection and stuff I haven't been able to find at any other location. They are a little more expensive on some stuff than my local shop but the selection makes it worth it.
