Helpful and knowledgable owner. Gave helpful advice on decision to repair or dispose of an old printer, as well as replacement models and associated for each.
We have used The Copier Man for over a decade now. Jim has helped us maintain and purchase several printers, copiers, etc. We use a very large unit that sorts, staples, makes booklets, etc. and we have moved several times. Jim has been fantastic at keeping our units running, moving and setting them up for us at our new locations, and helping us find new units that are perfect for our needs whenever we decide to get a new copier. We won't use anyone else.
