“I’m embarrassed to admit that while I read & use info from reviews, I am not great at writing them myself. That said, I had to share about my experience purchasing a vehicle from Reed Hyundai. I’ll start by saying I’ve been a Honda customer for pretty much my whole life. However, after a bad experience at a local Honda dealer I decided to start researching other car manufacturers. Gage was first to greet me when I walked in & I immediately felt at ease with him. I had planned on the Santa Fe, but after sitting in & test driving the Tucson, that’s what felt right to me. Gage was SO very patient with all of my questions & even going with me to make sure the Tuscan would fit in my garage (other non-Hyundai SUV’s I looked at were much too wide). Gage’s easygoing demeanor put me at ease - I never felt rushed or pressured, which is so important when making a large purchase like this. Additionally, his knowledge of the specs on the Tucson was amazing. He was literally able to answer any question I threw at him & explain things in a way that was easy to understand (ie non-textbook manual). Super impressive! The style I wanted (black on black) wasn’t available, but Gage was able to locate one out of state & quickly got me on the waitlist for it. Much to both our surprise it even came in early! Gage & the Hyundai staff made the actual purchasing process as easy as they could & answered the additional questions I had. I was even gifted a beautiful & thoughtful goodie box of yummy snacks, which was a nice touch. Gage even sat with me in the car to go over the specs again so I felt confident driving away. Almost a month later & I could not be happier with my decision. I’ve never been so happy with a car buying process as I am with Reed Hyundai & I am in love with my new car. It’s truly all I could have wanted and more. Plus given all the “bells & whistles” it was even more affordable than other vehicles I’d looked at that priced out all the upgrade features individually. Gage has even followed up to make sure everything has been going well with the car. And when my floor mats came in that I ordered even helped put them in. I can’t say enough about how so phenomenal Gage has been. Truly one of the most outstanding individuals I’ve met & I do not say that lightly. I am so happy with my purchase & highly recommend Reed Hyundai & working with Gage.”

“I have a few people are Reed Jeep that need Recognized. Rae Ellis made the Car buying portion super easy and fast, He stayed late for us to come look at the vehicle and had all of our paperwork ready to go when we decided to go ahead with the purchase. Shortest amount of time I have ever spent in a dealership. Unfortunately, at no fault to the dealer, on our way home we noticed the transmission had a shudder to it. Which made us very concerned and not sure if we wanted to keep the vehicle. We called first thing the next morning, and let them know our concerns, we took it back to them and they put us in a loaner vehicle while they looked into it. While it has been in service we have been working with Raul - Sales Manager, Greg the Service Manager and Frank the Service Advisor. They have all been fantastic at keeping me updated and answering all of my questions I have had. Frank has called and sent messages with each update, I truly appreciated knowing what was going on each day. The Vehicle needed a transmission to resolve its issue. They got it approved with Zurich to have it replaced and I should have my vehicle back within the next week. (So process is taking a little less than 2 weeks - Not bad considering what the vehicle needs). So 10/10 Recommend the Sales Department and Service Department for any vehicle needs. Thank you again.”

“Poula was GREAT to work with. We had everything worked out before I even got to the dealership. He answered all of my questions via text/call/email, whatever was easier for me at the time. He was not “pushy” one of my biggest pet peeves about going to a dealership. The dealership itself was absolutely gorgeous. They were all very polite and assisted you with anything you needed. Definitely would recommend”

“Had an appointment for my Highlander to repair driver side door lock, Amy Mick (Service Rep) was very friendly and attentive. I sat in the waiting room for my vehicle while it was being repaired, repairs were made within a couple of hours and Amy kept me updated through the repairs - she was awesome. Overall service by the dealership was great.”
