  I am very happy with choosing this company as my pest control experts. It started with a giant wolf spider taking up residence in my office, they came, they sprayed, they didnt laugh when I told them I wanted that spider dead, I wanted all his family dead, and all his relatives...send the message out to all those spiders I said...
  And my Edge expert took the matter into his hands and dealt with my 'wee' problem.
  The next visit I had stink bugs invading my shed, like they were planning to take over the world invasion of the shed kind....my Edge expert took that matter into his hands and dealt with them!
  All I can say is, if you have a problem with bugs...they listen, they care, and they take care of the problem...simple as that!

  We had some mice in our kitchen. I wanted to have someone come in and figure out how they were getting into our house. Edge not only did that, but they discovered some in the basement and set traps. Then they set some boxes outside to lure them away from the house. Edge is worth every penny!

  They service technician always calls ahead so you know when to expect them. They arrive promptly and do a thorough job. The tech walked the property with me to ensure i understood what was done and that he would be back to check. Always courteous and professional.

  Great service each time. I had to call for additional service for big spiders after my quarterly upkeep and they were out within 24 hours. She was amazing and let me know that she had found 3 more and knocked down all the webs as she found them. Customer service is also great. Thank you!

  Really appreciated that the professional, Charles, was knowledgeable & understood both our need to be big-free & our concern for our pets.
  
  I was pretty upset when we were seeing TONS more roaches a couple of weeks after the initial visit, & was told when I called that I had to wait another 2 weeks for our regular service. Then I called about 10 days after that because it was getting SO bad & they sent someone else out the next day!
  
  A Manager (sorry, I cannot remember your name) & Guy came by a few days ago & did a thorough inspection of the area where we were noticing the most roaches! Thank goodness they did as there was at least 1 huge colony set up behind one of the dressers! It never occurred to us to check behind there, & they found many more in various objects on & around the dresser. So, we systematically checked every little nook & cranny ~ & will continue to do so! Have only seen a FEW roaches since they left, & we are much happier! One thing I noticed that I forgot to mention when they were here ~ the solution in the container that was brought in to spray around was VERY white looking even through the white container! It actually seemed like they were using something to help the situation. ALL the other solutions that have been sprayed are CLEAR! I'll be watching for this in the future! Would really like Guy to be our regular service person!
