“I would highly recommend Appliance 911 for appliance repair. Our repairman Justin was polite, professional, called ahead of arriving and arrived in a timely manner. He had to order our compressor and had planned to fix it in one day when it arrived. However, he told us when he installed it he would have to come back the next day because of an unusual oil drainage issue that needed to drain overnight. He said if he left it like this he would have to come back in a year to fix it again and would like to fix it right. No extra fee. I was impressed. He could have just called it good and had more business in a year. I am definitely keeping their card on file for any other appliance repairs.”

“I can’t say enough good things about the Lilac Center. Over the past ten months, it has become my home away from home and I have had nothing but great experiences with all of the wonderful people who work there. Megan and Jill at the front desks are so incredibly sweet, welcoming and caring. Lauren is my Young Adult group leader and I truly look forward to seeing her and learning from her every week. Shannon has made waking up on Saturday mornings for the past ten months worthwhile with her creative, thought-provoking art therapy sessions. Dr. Trueblood is thorough and has found a combination of medicine that works well for me. Lastly, but most importantly, seeing Mara every week for my individual appointment has been an absolute blessing. She is caring, kind, relatable and has taught me so many skills to help me become a better person. I feel like I have my own personal team of cheerleaders at the Lilac Center and there’s nothing better than that when you’re going through rough times.”

Kevin, the man that came to fix my furnace was also fantastic - again 5 stars if that is the best. He was professional, knowledgeable, including showing me what he was doing (I always like to learn!) friendly and accommodating. This is the kind of person I want to help me maintain my home, He gave me details of their annual maintenance plan, which seems to be a great deal, but was not pushy. It would have saved me money to buy it today, but it's in my nature to research these things. It is highly likely I will buy this plan in the near future.
