(April 14, 2021, 9:39 am)I stopped in Starkey Hear Care right after lunch today. Summer greeted me and asked how she could help. I explained my problem. She took my aids and returned in a short amount of time. Summer explained that when I purchased my aids that I also got a free cleaning every six months which I completely forgot about. As luck would have it, my aids just needed cleaning since it had been at least a few years since I purchased them. Summer put me on a six month cleaning schedule and I was then on my way. This whole experience was quick and very satisfying. Thank you Summer and Starkey staff for your excellent service.
