  I cannot shout this man and his agency enough praises!!! He has the kindest, most patient, understanding staff full of grace. They are pleasant and so easy to work with. They take your concerns and issues seriously and are so diligent about ensuring you are taken care of. This man Vince, he's solid gold. I've been with Vince for over 12 yrs. I have my auto and homeowners policies with him. I will never leave! I have been through a multitude of issues to say the least. Vince will go to bat for you any day of the week and any time of day at that. This man has taken time out of his own personal time to guide me, listen to me, give me solid advice and direction. He will ensure you are taken care of and not for his benefit, but YOUR best interest. That is an absolute guarantee coming from the woman who has as I mentioned, been through some very challenging and unique situations. I also can say that I've never found better rates than with American Family-making it one more reason this is who you want and need. You need someone who will fight for you, especially during those times where you're at your limit with frustration and hopelessness. You will undoubtedly find it here. My dad finally jumped on the O'Halloran train and hasn't stopped talking about how glad he is to have switched and how awesome Vince is. Let me tell you this, when you're in a loaner car from the dealership and hit a deer, and said dealership is giving you a heck of a time, wouldn't you want your agent to say, you let me deal with them and you tell them to call me? Because that's Vince for you. When you're in muddy waters, wouldn't you want to hear the words "now's your time to be vulnerable and allow people to help you?" Again, another Vince thing. He isn't just an insurance agent. He takes your problems and makes them his too and doesn't stop until not only it's resolved, but his people are happy. I could go on and on with examples of his selflessness. Rest assured you will be in the best hands with this man and his agency. The gratitude I have for him and his staff is endless. I adore them!!!! Thank you guys for all you have done and continue to do for myself and your peeps!!!!

  Vince and his team have done an incredible job managing our insurance needs not only for our growing business (thank you for taking great care of the clients we have referred over to you!) but also looking after our personal insurance needs as well. With one teenage daughter driving now and two more teenager daughters hitting the road soon; my wife and I are confident that Vince's office is the place to be. I couldn't recommend them more highly.   Vince and his staff have been great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and helpful in advising us regarding our insurance needs. He and his staff have been great when filing a claim and I highly recommend him as an agent.
