(January 18, 2019, 7:05 pm)I bought a 2013 Ford from Tumminia Mazda a couple weeks ago and I have nothing but great things to say about them! I worked with Darin and he was very helpful, nice and easy to work with. I almost didn’t buy this vehicle because I’ve been spoiled with heated seats in the past and he put them in at no extra cost to me. I feel like I got a great vehicle at a reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
(January 18, 2019, 9:51 am)I came in and put the service team under the gun to get me tires before our family had to drive to Iowa thru a snow storm. They pushed me in and helped me out. I really appreciate the service.
(October 27, 2018, 10:55 am)A month ago, my wife and I purchased a CPO CX-9 from Billy Hutchinson at Tumminia Mazda. If you're looking to talk to a salesman, you should ask for Billy. He was honest, direct, and answered all of my questions. I had been dealing with a few salesmen at other dealerships who would either lie to me or were not flexible at all on price. Billy's offer was the amount that I was going to offer for the vehicle, so it made it easy to buy. Everything was waiting for us when we came in to buy the vehicle and we were out the door in less than an hour. Seriously, ask for him.
My wife had a minor hang-up at the Service Department when she took the vehicle back to be detailed. We bought the car on a rainy day, so we were told to bring it back later. I guess there was some miscommunication with the Service Department and they kind of took it out on my wife. When she asked them questions about the detailing, she would get very brief responses. "No." "I don't know." "Talk to Billy." We got the car back later that evening, but I didn't appreciate how she was treated when she had nothing to do with the miscommunication.
We'll see how it goes when we take it in for our first service. I'd definitely buy another car from Billy (He is the reason for the 5-star review), but if the Service Department treats customers that way, I may take it to another dealer to be serviced.
(October 5, 2018, 5:37 pm)I absolutely LOVE my car, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience I had at Tumminia Mazda during the purchase process. Billy was amazing and patient and helpful and considerate and patient and just nice. Mr. Tumminia was so gracious to us. After living through four different car purchases for various family members and office staff at four different car dealerships over the past year, I can most certainly say my experience at Tumminia was the BEST. I never thought I would enjoy the financing portion of the purchase . . . until I met Joe. He made the most painful part of buying a car one of the most enjoyable. I just had my car serviced today for the first time since I bought it -- and that was an equally enjoyable experience. Who knew?!? Steve was incredibly sweet and helpful and personable. Five Stars!
(September 24, 2018, 4:34 pm)The best car buying experience. I was helping my mom buy a car and visited quite a few different dealerships. Billy was our salesman at Tumminia and was the best from the first phone call. No pressure, fair, helpful and honest. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I will. They are much different from most other places.
