(January 11, 2019, 10:21 pm)My experience working with RockTops on our kitchen project has been excellent! Mike, the owner got us started with the project. Danny in Sales took the time to teach us about granite and gave us space to select what fit our project and budget, while always available for questions. He also worked around our work schedule for appointments. Every one of the staff that had to come to our house arrived at the scheduled time ready to work. Edgar, who did the installation was very knowledgeable and precise. Edgar also made sure all my questions were answered and took the time to teach me about the granite care. Jimmy, completed the plumbing aspect of the project swiftly and left the project area spotless. I recommend working with RockTops if you want a hassle free project.
(October 1, 2018, 10:55 am)Recommend with 100% confidence; our experience couldn't have been better. Across the board, their staff were outstanding (and kind and patient while I repeatedly changed my mind). Our kitchen countertops are gorgeous and were a very fair price. Other places sounded cheaper, but they "added on" fabrication charges; so in the end were more expensive. There were no surprises in pricing here at all. Also, I don't know what they do to have such happy workers, but their staff is great! This company should be successful on these grounds alone. (It has been a long time since I have seen any company do service this well, but especially in the home improvement industry! We are finishing up a year long complete remodel and have found an overwhelming # of flaky companies with grumpy staff.) Each step of the way, they delivered exactly what they said they would, exactly when they said they were going to do it, and all the while with a super friendly and nice attitude. The salesman took a lot of time with me in the showroom (more than once) and taught me a lot. The guy who measured showed up on time and was friendly. The installers were also on time, very friendly, asked my opinion on even the most details... they took the time to make sure I got just what I wanted, and they totally cleaned up after themselves! (They also helped with a problem cabinet and gave me a no cost idea for fixing it which worked like a charm.) Job well done and my husband and I will definitely use them again.
(August 15, 2018, 5:38 pm)I can’t say enough about how fantastic it is to work with the RockTops team. They made the process from start to finish easy, plus we had so much fun picking out our tops and exploring all of our options with the various slabs of granite, marble and quartz in their showroom. I had a certain image of what I wanted in my head, after talking with Barbie (who is amazing), she led me into a direction I hadn’t considered and SHE was spot on. I couldn’t love my tops more! Even the installers at my house were engaged and kept me updated throughout the install. You can’t go wrong with RockTops, their team and their knowledge!
(February 2, 2018, 5:09 pm)The seamless experience that RockTops provides throughout the process is just what we were looking for. Sarah answered our questions promptly and explained the entire process to us step by step. The granite installers took their time and were careful not to damage anything. Chris, the lead carpenter, reworked our cabinets for our farmhouse sink. It looks like it has was originally there, when the house was built in 1915. Highly recommend RockTops to anyone. Sarah and her team were amazing. The price was right, the communication was right, it was an all around great experience!!!
