(January 11, 2019, 2:59 pm)My experience at Sumits 60 KC has been incredible. My Bikram studio closed a few years ago and I had couldn’t find a hot yoga studio I liked until now. The Sumits 60 series is fast moving and you get the benefits of the poses and a great cardio workout. The studio itself is clean, the facility maintains a perfect temperature and humidity for the classes. The instructors are all excellent and this studio has a very deep bench of passionate practice leaders. There are many options for classes each day which is critical, and the owners look to continuously improve the class schedule. I found an introductory and follow up pricing package that fit my needs. The team at Sumits 60 KC have built a nice community around their studio and each participant feels welcome and excited to practice Yoga at Sumits 60. I couldn’t give this studio a higher recommendation.

(October 7, 2018, 4:05 pm)This is by far my favorite yoga studio in the KC area! I have never had a bad experience, everyone is kind and knowledgeable and always willing to help. Ive taken several classes from various teachers and would highly recommend any of them.
The only thing I wish they'd change is turning the music down at the end of a practice/class, shavasana is such an important part of your practice and its hard to truly relax and soak it in when the music is blasting.
(April 3, 2018, 4:51 am)Started as a beginner! As an ex-football player flexibility and back pain has always been a huge issue for me. Thanks to summits I have flexibility and no more chronic back pain! Great establishment with great instructors that help you get better each class. SO worth the money!
(January 3, 2018, 12:33 am)Sumits hot yoga sequence has changed my life. I've been going for 6 months now and have noticed great improvements in my yoga and life in general. This was the first yoga studio I ever visited and I was welcomed with open arms. I can't stress enough how great Sumits has been for me. Try it out!
