Excellent communication. Superior service. Completely has their customer's best interest in mind. My insurance company referred me to them for car repair and I couldn't be more pleased with their service! Brad Phipps went above and beyond today! He's not only providing me with an estimate in a timely manner, but he even installed plastic over a window that was broken out until it could be repaired before I left the shop (to help make driving the car a lot warmer). Thank you Brad!

Good work easy to deal with

This is the second vehicle I’ve had worked on at Olathe Ford Collision.
Brad has helped me both times and I can’t imagine any place else doing any better of a job. I picked up my car on time it looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. I will never go anywhere else as long as he is there.
