  Jordan with One Hour was awesome! Had another company come to fix our furnace only to say we needed a new one or could fix with a part that would be an outrageous amount I called One Hour out to get an estimate for a new furnace. Jordan assessed the equipment and told us we didn't even need it & if we did have an issue with a part it would be half the cost of the other company quoted. Jordan is friendly and very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend him or One Hour to anyone having problems with their systems.

  Sam C. from Olathe One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning arrived perfectly on time. Notice was given from the office as to when exactly to expect him. He was very courteous and did a very thorough job with maintenance on the furnace. He explained everything that he did.
  Had been very pleased with service initially, when during the summer time the AC went out and REALLY- One Hour Heating and Air was there a quickly as possible. They saved us from changing all sorts of event plans at our house and we are grateful! Rates seem reasonable also, so highly recommend this company.

  One Hour Service is always professional and friendly. Javier took the time to answer all the questions I didn't even know to ask. I feel confident that their service plan will keep my heating and cooling systems running at peak efficiency and will ensure it will last a long time.

  Jordan was an excellent tech! He was both very knowledgeable and very personable and did a thorough job. He answered my questions honestly and completely and gave me information I didn't even think to ask for. He was more than competent and I feel with techs like him from One Hour H&C servicing our systems, our investment is well protected and will have a long life span. The comfort club is a good value and priced fairly.
