But I'm confused by the amounts of negative reviews posted below... I've been banking with UCCU for at least 6 or 7 years and I've never had a negative experience. In fact, this is hands down the best bank I've ever used.
I can tell you this, don't let these negative reviews posted here dissuade you from walking through the door and speaking with a representative of the branch. UCCU wouldn't be in business today if they actually screwed over their customers. Anyone can fart out a new gmail account and leave a negative review, and to be honest, I don't believe any of these reviews are authentic.
The reason so many people bank here is because the people are fantastic, and the services meet and exceed expectation. Give them a shot!
