Brad was great at showing the water testing process and how gross our water really is. Had us set up and fully informed. Zach installed our system the following day rather quickly, was very informative.
We did have a bit of an issue with a leak on a Sunday, but it was fixed quickly on Monday and didn't cause any damage. I kept my 5 stars cause I'm that satisfied so far with the entire process.

We've had our system for just over a month now and we love it! As an engineer, I love the quality and technology of this system. The efficiency of this system is amazing! You will save a lot of money on salt over the life of this system, which has an amazing warranty. Hank was on time, was very professional, and very personable. He did a great job showing us the whole-house system. We purchased the reverse-osmosis system for drinking water and we love it! The installers did a great job, they were professional, and personable. Everyone that we met or talked to on the phone were excellent. Thank you, Eco Water!

My experience with EcoWater has been ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! James, who came and tested our water was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and made the entire process SO easy for us!! I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who installed our system, because he was excellent! The representatives on the phone are wonderful too! I have yet to interact with anyone who did not provide me with a pleasant experience.

It was very difficult to make this investment at first. So many options, companies, systems out there, can be overwhelming doing your research. Chris came out to my house performed a few tests, some I knew the out come; but some were a surprise. After much consideration I pulled the trigger. Called Chris, he came to me within 30 minutes to fill out paper work, he made it very easy. Then his crew was out the next morning to install. Hector arrived early, very polite and professional, installed our 3 part system according to my needs and expectations. Went over the entire setup to ensure we were set up for success. Me being the tedious person I am I reviewed his workmanship; and I could be anymore impressed. Hector did an outstanding job! I starting using the system right away. Being on well water has had its cons. This system is a high quality setup. One of the best investments I’ve done with our home. THANKS CHRIS AND HECTOR!!

We had the system installed during the summer of 2020 and we love the way our skin feels now. We feel that the system does make our skin softer and less dry. The benefits are well worth having the system. It's amazing the difference the system makes.

Service has been exceptional, Matt Bump, and others have provided prompt service and been available to assist when we have questions.

We signed up at Home Depot late last spring for a drawing and were contacted to see if they could give us a presentation. At first, we weren't interested, but we were amazed at the test results. We are so glad we took them up on the installation.
