Ms. Shands has been there a number of years now, and no matter how long in between my visits, she has instant recall of my name. She and her staff are always cheerful and helpful, providing positive energy to the place. The staff are well trained, know what they are doing, and are very efficient in processing transactions. The level of service at this branch is a throw back to the old days of small community banks where the management and staff personally knew everyone who walked in the door.
