“I am a RE investor in CA and have worked with Steve Day at Day Realty Group for more than 5 years; purchased a dozen single family homes and sold a few as well. What I noticed at the beginning and thoughout the years I have worked with him is that he was always looking after MY interest. He told me so many times to "forget about it" when the properties I sent him to check were not worth considering. He is always willing to work with me although the houses I purchase for my investment are VERY low-priced homes. I feel guilty sometimes to ask him to go and look at these "cheap" houses, but he never turned me down and was always very professional.
