  Great staff. I needed physical therapy due to shoulder surgery. Joseph Koop designed a plan for me and encouraged me to completion of my program.

  I have been working with Tyler the Physical Therapist, he is wonderful. He really knows what he is doing. He is very knowledgeable and caring. I am going there due to workers comp and to be honest I wasn't expecting much from the facility. I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment I walked in I knew this place was different. He cares about the patient not the insurance company. He does what is right for you. If he thinks you need home equipment he will fight for you with the insurance company to get what you need. I am glad the insurance company sent me here.
  
  The rest of the staff is just as wonderful, Dawn the front lady clerk is the very friendly when you walk in she will greet you by name with a smile. She knows where all the good food places are at! :-) She stays on top of your appointments and always checks to make sure you know your next appointment.
  
  Grace is the other Physical Therapist and has worked with me several times. She is sweet and is also very good at her job.
  
  Joey the student there is quiet and Grace makes sure he knows his stuff. But they are great together and I think he will make a great therapist when he is done.
  
  This place is a true hidden gem!

  I just can't say enough great things about SERC of Stanley! The exceptional care they provide, the warm atmosphere they have created, and speed at which they help their patients improve sets them apart from other physical therapy clinics. Dawn is fantastic at her job ~ very welcoming and efficient at the same time. It's clear that she truly cares about her patients. Tyler is an exceptional physical therapist. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He is able to identfy underlying issues and truly fix the problem. He has helped me with both shoulder and neck issues. I was so happy with the results that he is now treating my husband, son and daughter as well. There doesn't seem to a condition he can't treat. I have also been treated by Grace, and she is an excellent physical therapist as well. If you need physical therapy, and you want the best, I urge you to go to SERC of Stanley!

  Tyler is the best hidden gem for anyone looking for a physical therapist. He has helped me with multiple chronic injuries, two which have persisted for over a decade. His approach to care is holistic and looks at the best way to treat the patient for both pain relief and future progress.
  
  I went in after a referral from my doctor because I had a two week long tension headache. Tyler immediately started working on pain relief and after a few weeks the headaches went away and we turned to long term care by building up the muscles in my back that were under developed thanks to stronger pecs and lats.
  
  I asked him if he thought he could help my ankles (I have osteoarthritis in both from 30 years of sprains and strains) and he said he could try. So far he is making it less painful for me to walk on a daily basis and I'm hopeful to play sports again!
  
  I finally asked Tyler to work on my last chronic injury - lower back pain. He quickly worked with me on a treatment plan that immediately helped out and I look forward to the continued progress on all three injuries. Tyler has a true gift - I've seen numerous physical therapists for my ankles and multiple chiropractors for my back. His approach takes muscles, joints and movement into account and I'm glad to find someone that looks for a lifelong solution to pain and not the quick fix. His office and team are personable and fun to be around, get in fast before his consultation appointments are subject to weeks delay or a wait list!

  The staff at SERC of Stanley welcome me with compassionate care coupled with professionalism- all in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
  
  My physical therapist, Grace, encourages me to be my best, challenges me with exercises that restore my confidence and physical strength, and shows me how to proactively manage my health.
  I am grateful for her knowledgeable guidance and care through this experience.
  
  I look forward to physical therapy
  every week. I know it makes a
  positive difference in my life.

  SERC of Stanley staff has been nothing but exemplar in handling my physical therapy after TKR on both knees. In particular, Tyler has been very professional and personable as he implements a therapy program tailored to my individual needs and goals. His understanding and expertise on the whole body’s interaction has been invaluable in returning the full functionality of my knees. My range of motion and quality of life has dramatically improved due to the physical therapy program at SERC of Stanley. The entire staff demonstrates a very upbeat atmosphere that actually makes the PT experience enjoyable. I would recommend SERC of Stanley and Tyler to anyone needing physical therapy.
