(January 11, 2019, 3:17 pm)I wish we had this restaurant in my home town. I was very impressed with the food here. You pick a base meal from a menu and then customize it as you move through the bar. It reminded me of how subway works, but this is much better. They make their tortillas fresh and all of the ingredients seemed high quality.
You get a lot of food for what you pay for. The people who prepared my meal were friendly and professional.
(January 8, 2019, 2:56 pm)I've been enjoying Costa Vida's Lee's Summit, MO, location for several years. I work in Overland Park, KS, and was thrilled when Costa Vida opened this location in 2018. The food always tastes fresh and is quickly made to order; the customer service is second to none. Daily specials let you sample the menu (burritos, tacos, baja bowls, salads) and include a drink.
(October 23, 2018, 9:26 pm)A good alternative to Chipotle. They have certain things that the bigger chain does not have. Like shrimp, mango salsa. What really made the difference for me is the fresh made flour tortillas and the available soft corn tortillas. Certainly did not disappoint and we had a hearty meal for a reasonable price.
