Dan, Joe, Bruce are exceptionally workers. Sundays are impossible to find service for your vehicle. They instantly got to work searching for new tires and it's was and replace within minutes. They have great customer service skills and well educated in their field. Go to this Mavis shop, your life will be easier.

I was there this past Saturday with what I thought was a small leak in my tire. It was a little busy so I left the car for about an hour.
When I arrived I was told that nothing was found with my car. Honesty is very rare in these buisnesses when you are a women. Henry was very professional and thorough. Thank you

Everyone at this location is incredibly helpful and friendly. They got my car taken care of quickly and did whatever they could to keep cost & time down. Absolutely awesome!

This place is great. I’ve blown so many tires this last winter and every time they take care of me in a fast timeframe. I had to come in today and Henry was working behind the counter. He was very professional and got our car in to be serviced immediately. He explained some things for me to look out for and informed me of the process for fixing my car. Henry definitely takes his job seriously and I appreciate that very much. He was easy to communicate with as well. I would definitely recommend Mavis Tire Thornwood and Henry.

As a medical professional the last thing I want after a long day is to get to my car and have a flat tire. I called up Mavis since they were closing soon, they quickly said “come on in we will take care of you”. I was taken care of within minutes by the most professional two workers. They were very organized, the office is clean, and the service was quick. While waiting I noticed Henry speaking to a customer and giving him very good recommendations for his car, while not trying to sell anything extra (which happens in many other places). I definitely recommend the Mavis at Thornwood. They helped me and got me back on the road in no time. Truly was the best experience ever!

Found my wedding dress here!! Last place I looked and the very last dress I tried on but it was worth it! Molly was AMAZING and so patient with me as I tried to decide on "the one!" From the second we pulled up to Emily Hart I knew this was going to be a fabulous experience. The shop is absolutely beautiful and I found the dress of my dreams!! Molly was my consultant and helped narrow down my choices (truly beautiful gowns—hard decisions) to find the most perfect dress and completely customized it to exactly what I was envisioning! She was so helpful, extremely knowledgeable, completely understood my style and made me feel comfortable and confident. Dress shopping during Covid is unsettling for sure but Emily Hart is incredibly clean, they require an appointment and a mask so I felt totally safe bringing my Grandmother and Mom with me. What a special experience it was!! One of those memories I’ll treasure always. I highly recommend Emily Hart. Thank you for the fantastic experience. I love my dress!!

This shop has SO many dresses to choose from! They seriously have the best selection of all the bridal shops I went to. They had classic, chic, and some really fun, unique ones. I actually didn’t find my dress here, but my bridal consultant was so patient, sweet, and really listened to what I wanted. Unlike another bridal shop, I never felt pressured to buy and truly had a fun experience here.

Loran was a dream come true when it came to helping me find my wedding dress! She was extremely personable and made the effort to get to know my personality when looking for dresses. I found my dress in November of 2019 so at that time I was able to pick a few dresses out myself that I loved and Loran picked some of her favorites for me as well. I ended up falling in love with a dress Loran picked out for me! It was nothing I would have pulled myself so I am so so thankful to have had Loran to help me find the wedding dress of my dreams!!! I also got my jewelry and veil from EH as well! I had my alteration appointments during ~COVID-19~ times, so I was unable to bring anyone with me, but they helped me take pictures and videos of how to bustle my dress. I am so thankful for the EH crew for finding my dream dress and having great communication throughout these stressful times!
