Paul just spent 30 min checking out some things on my car for free! Who does that?! I've had many good experiences here and it's by far my favorite shop. I highly recommend Pauls Complete Auto Care.
(November 10, 2018, 5:36 pm)This place is Amazing! They went way above and beyond! Been to a lot of auto shops and by far the best I have been to yet. Ran into a problem and it didn’t benefit them to fix it and he took care of us and didn’t hesitate to take care of the customer. Great people and so friendly people. They contacted us numerous times to keep us updated. Would recommend anyone here and will for sure not go anywhere else now on!
(October 31, 2018, 8:12 pm)I'm old enough to have worked on my own car as a teenager. Those days are long gone. Car maintenance and repair has gotten beyond the reach of most people and, at the mercy of dealerships or national chains for auto work, one feels a sense of helplessness or despair after every encounter.
Paul's Complete Auto Care at 83rd and Metcalf in Overland Park offers an an approach entirely different from that of franchise shops. Paul will listen, actually listen, to the customer's concerns, including budget. He will examine the vehicle top to bottom, inside and out and devise a plan that will address the issues of real importance. He will suggest doing only what needs to be done, discarding other costly and probably unnecessary repairs. In the end, the vehicle will be put back into service with care and without excessive cost.
I have found my go to repair shop for sure. From routine maintenance to (ugh!) anything major, I will go to Paul's first and will most likely come away satisfied and pleased.
(October 30, 2018, 2:20 pm)Had a newer used car inspection done at this place. I am soooooo glad I brought it here. Paul’s team did a GREAT job finding stuff we would have never thought about. It saved me a lot of money on a car that needed so much repair work. God bless these guys. They are the BEST.
