The BEST church in Overland Park hands down! Love the Sr. pastor! Reminds me of Colonel Sanders! LOL! So personable and easy to connect with!
Super welcoming group of people. Engaging song set that was relevant and the words were all on a screen. Preaching was dynamic and from The Word. Plenty of parking and clean bathrooms. Worth at least a visit!
We love this place! Quality Biblical teaching and connection for all ages. Truly a "family" who accepts and cares for everyone. Easy to make long time friends.
Faith Chapel is a great church. Bob Cave is an excellent communicator, very funny and genuine. The worship is contemporary, and yet pulls in strains of the past from time to time. The focus is on intimacy with the Lord, nothing showy or flashy.
The people are very friendly, and are interested in you as a person. The programs for kids and youth are solid. There are great opportunities for fellowship and growth.
The leadership challenges you without manipulating your life. They are not afraid to stand up for the truth when it's being compromised. Yet things are consistently done in the spirit of love.
My wife and I have attended for 5 years and I can't think of anything negative. The church kept me on track when I was drifting. It's an amazing body of believers.
My wife and I started attending Faith Chapel about 17 years ago. This is a wonderful church with friendly, caring people who follow Jesus and the Bible. There are lots of activities and small groups that get together to study the Bible or just have fun doing things like BBQs, etc.
The lead Pastor, Bob Cave, is outstanding and has a staff of youth pastors who care greatly for our children.
The music is modern and the seats are comfortable. This is a small, but growing, church you can trust.
Assemblies of God is a very popular Protestant type of church called "Pentecostal", which means we believe that God is still alive and active in all 3 parts of the Trinity - always consistent with the Bible and nothing more.
