Zinka is the best best best. I went in to work on my ankle after spraining it a third time and once that was rehabilitated I kept going to work on my lower back which has been a major source of pain since the birth of my second baby. She gave me lots of small, easy things to do at home that have made a big improvement in my quality of life, pain-wise. Plus she is just a joy. If you’re not quite sure about doing physical therapy, think of it as a personal trainer who assesses you individually and helps you work smarter, not harder. I highly recommend it if you’re on the fence, and Zinka is a dream. But if she gets too busy from this rec to fit me in for appts I will fully retract this. Xo.

I had a fantastic experience at Performance Rehab, strong team overall but I was fortunate to be assigned to Zinka who I HIGHLY recommend. After enduring a total knee replacement surgery she was the perfect therapist that knew when to push you to the limit but offer support and encouragement when struggling. I never could have made it through the process without her..THANK YOU !!!

Top notch facility with the best of the best physical therapists! In most cases if you're going to PT that means you're injured or dealing with some chronic or acute aliment. If you have one and you want to get back to 100%, I'd recommend going there. They have helped me get back into running and martial arts after a knee and shoulder injury.

The therapists at this clinic are exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough. They took the necessary time to truly understand my problem and were able to not only address it, but accommodate in a way that fit my personal needs best! They are all very polished and professional and I would definitely recommend them to anybody with an injury who is needing some rehab. I would like to give a special shout out to Harrison for being so patient and flexible with my needs.
