(December 4, 2018, 7:52 pm)Overall above average experience. Went expecting to have to wait for a proper SIM card for my BLU Vivo XL2. Instead, after walking through the process with an associate, I walked out with a connected phone with my desired prepaid data plan. We'll see if the no data cap but can be slowed at any time plan works for me. I came over from Ting, an MVNO of Sprint. Word of advice, be able to access your email and preferably also your carrier account; they provide wifi or hotspot if you need it during the process. Again, overall better than expected due in large part to knowing what I wanted going into the store and a talented associate who helped get a password reset request from Ting, since I'd have otherwise had to go home and get it (I do make custom passwords).
