(December 8, 2018, 6:32 pm)If you want to experience the best customer service you could ever imagine, stop by lush and you will be amazed at how friendly and caring they are. I went in there with a friend who needed shampoo from there and so I looked at their skincare products and one of the employees (i want to say Lindsay but not 100% sure) filled my brain with knowledge about things I thought I knew already. She had worked at Sephora for over six years which is where I get my skincare products and was able to inform me about what I should cut out and what I should add, without trying super hard to sell me something. She truly cared about my skincare and I will definitely be back.

They have hair care too but I've never used it; judging by the quality of their other products though I'm sure it's great! Employees are super nice and educated about the product, and they're all happy to show you how products work.
