I live next to this cemetery. It provokes a lot of thought as you see graves for infants - even a mother who obviously died after childbirth, her infant daughter later passed a few months later. I’m glad it is being maintained and respected.
Historical cemetery from middle to late 1800's. It was called Pleasant Ridge at that time, before Overland Park expanded South. Several prominent families interned here from 1863-1939. Then there was a gap till 1960. That was the last internment.
