Savannah did a tremendous job from the minute I walked in the door. Every bit of the transaction was professional and efficient. She made sure that I was fully informed of all my options. Great experience at a great facility. I feel very confident storing my items there.

My husband and I flew in from SC after the sudden death of our son after Christmas. We had to pack up his apartment and store everything until we could come back. We rented a Uhaul truck and storage building from box self. THE ASSOCIATE , A YOUNG MAN, WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! He was so kind and helpful...even though it was New Years Eve and I'm sure he had somewhere else to be. He even called the next day to check on us and a week after re turned home to check on us and ask if we needed anything !! Thank you for employing young people who have respect and compassion for others... AWESOME!!

If you are in need of self storage, look no further! I had a great experience with the staff at this location. I have never had a storage unit and they made the whole process easy and fast. Thank you guys so much!!!!!
