Bought an Engagement ring from them in 2022, Ashley and Jessica were both delightful to work with and helped us order exactly what we wanted within our price range (and helped keep my fiancee occupied while I sneakily bought the ring she was looking at!) The whole experience was great and felt very comfortable unlike other stores we had been to. Highly recommended for excellent customer service and beautiful selection of bands/diamonds.

Working with Toner Jewelry was such a pleasant experience. I needed a diamond replaced in a ring. They had an estimate for me within days. The ring was ready when promised. All the sales associates are so knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely return to Toner Jewelry.

This jewelry store is awesome. I went to get my new wedding ring sized down and my original wedding ring sized up to fit on my right hand. They were fast and the quality of work was impeccable. Ashley and Alisha were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I won’t hesitate to go back. Other jewelry shops said it couldn’t be done. That my less expensive original ring wasn’t worth it. They didn’t put it down, they said it could be done. I am very satisfied.

We went to Toner Jewelers to shop for my husband's wedding ring. The staff was extremely helpful, showing us so many options and talking through a variety of rings, regardless of price. We didn't feel pressured at all and found exactly the ring he loved. The ring was ordered and shipped within days and arrived on time! On top of that, the staff offered to clean my diamond (my engagement ring was purchased elsewhere) and I took them up on this-so kind of them. Toner Jewelers is a fantastic business and I highly recommend them.
