Justin and Travis were more than helpful and punctual. They got my entire job covered by insurance with no hassle from the insurance agent. Roof was put on in a matter of days from my first call to them and looks great. 10/10. Will always use Rhino.

Due to a recent storm, the ceiling by my fire place, to my recently purchased house, started leaking. I searched for many roofing companies and discover Rhino Roofing through reviews online and boy were they accurate! Travis was very professional and very responsive. He was able to come out and inspect my roof within a few days of my initial call. We discovered that the previous owner did not install the flashing by my chimney correctly, so water was coming through my roof! This made me so upset because I paid my realtor and home inspectors to do their job and unfortunately they didn’t. But Travis was able to immediately find the problem and got his crew to come repair our whole roof in matters of days. They did a fabulous job and completed everything in less than5 hrs. We cannot thank them enough! Also This was our first time having to deal with our homeowner insurance company and Travis was so kind to help us through the process. Everything was completed so quickly and stress free. And when Travis came to pick up the final payment, he informed me that I had over paid him. Now, what kind of business man tells you, you’ve over paid them? An honest, hard working business man who do what’s best for his clients!! That definitely shows me that he doesn’t run a crooked business! My wife and I really appreciate you Travis and rhino roofing. Thank you Larry and the crew for coming to repair and install our new roof. We love it! We would definitely recommend rhino roofing for anyone in the kc area who needs roofing repairs! Huston was a perfect fit for us. We had never been through the process of getting a roof replaced or making an insurance claim. Huston was on it, doing all the leg work. We had an approval and a beautiful new roof in less time than I would have expected to get someone to come do an inspection. Huston was at our house within hours of my call. Top notch service and work!

We had a hail storm last spring. Huston came out to our home from Rhino Roofing and inspected our roof. He was very professional and even took some extra time to educate us on our roof and answer our many questions. It turned out that we didn’t have enough damage to warrant a new roof, but when it does come time I’ll be calling Huston! It’s hard to find someone with so much integrity, we really appreciated his help!

An extremely professional experience from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout the roof replacement process.
Travis came out and worked with the insurance inspector to assess hail damage to the roof. Following the assessment worked directly and kept me informed every step of the process via text and phone calls. Travis communicated the date for roof replacement, was on site during tear-off and replacement, introduced the team performing the work, and followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the job done. To demonstrate the amount of professionalism and completeness of the job done, I have yet to find a single roofing nail around the house or piece of shingle. This would be common on roofing jobs I have had done in the past.
All in all a highly effective communicating, actual work completion, clean-up, and assisting with the insurance side of the transaction and I would say are an extremely professional LOCAL roofing company. I highly recommend!!
