Lula

Kansas City--My property management company hired Lula to take care of emergency repairs to our furnace ductwork and gas lines. The HVAC technician who came out was Omar. He was absolutely wonderful. I wish he could do all our home repairs and maintenance. On his first visit, he walked me through all the problems he was seeing (more than I had noticed at the time), and took the time to explain things and educate me. He was unable to repair the problems because the material supply shops were closed, but he did a thorough job of inspecting different areas of the home and planning the work to be done. When he was finished and about to leave for the evening, I mentioned I had smelled gas and was worried about a leak. He kindly took the time to test both floors of the house with the sensor even though he hadn't smell it. Lo and behold, we had two gas leaks. Without Omar, we would have kept staying in a house with carbon monoxide and gas leaks we didn't know about. He came out the next morning and performed all these emergency repairs thoroughly and efficiently. He showed up on time, with all the materials he needed, and got the job done beautifully. He is very clearly dedicated not just to performing quality work, but also the safety and comfort of his customers. On top of all that, he is just a lovely, kind, and considerate man. Thank you, Omar! You made a frustrating few days much more pleasant.

I have been with Lula for going on 2 years now as a contractor. I have done Home Improvement and HVAC work for them and so far working with them has been flawless and easy. There are always ups and downs with working with a new company and this company makes it easy. Being able to contact them 24 hours a day 7 days is texting as a company but I greatly appreciate it from a contractor point of view. It really separates this company from the rest and makes me wanting to work with them in the future definitely worth while.

I really enjoy setting my own schedule and doing work with Lula. I just found out that they’re actually local to Kansas City and I had no idea so that definitely makes me happier. The only thing I don’t like as a subcontractor for them is that the fee break downs don’t show up anywhere on a pay out but I know they’re working to improve this. Absolutely love everyone I’ve ever talked to on the phone for help. They’re all so nice and helpful. I want to work with them in the office 😂

Mason was absolutely amazing!

We had been without AC for 4 days due to a delay with our rental company trying to assign a different company. They assigned Lula to us and i immediately got a phone call to schedule a time to get us fixed. We have 2 small kids in our home with 1 on the way and it was 87 degrees in the home.

Mason showed up early and had the job fixed in absolutely no time! He showed me what was wrong with my AC and told me what he did to fix it, then stayed the extra couple minutes to make sure it was in fact working correctly!

I can not say enough about his customer service and his punctuality! If I could give him 10 stars I would! Thank you again mason!

Our family handyman pro was Don from Lula. He was simply AMAZING! Don was patient, thorough, and professional. He properly elevuated the work orders that he was sent to complete. After completing those work orders, I asked about another hazard within the home. He took the time to reached back out to the office, and he got those approved to complete those work orders with in a timely manner. "Safety first" was his concern and my family is very appreciative of his time and work that he completed. Thank you so much again Don for having our backs!!
