She was very specific about what she wanted and we had already spent our day going from dealership to dealership without much luck and not much faith in the customer service we had experienced. Reed Auto Group was our last stop and Tim was our last hope. He greeted us like we were normal folks and really listened to what we wanted. He just wasn't there to push us into any car. He was really great at engaging our daughter and left a positive lasting impression on us and especially our daughter for her first car buying experience. Anyone that wants a partner in selecting a vehicle and not just a salesperson you have to go see Tim at Reed. He has restored our expectations of what buying a car should be. I let her know exactly what I had been using and she was very knowledgeable and recommended a few that would be comparable to what I was currently using. She even let me smell some of the flavors of the e-juices. That was awesome, because not everything you see on paper is going to satisfy the aroma.
