“I recently had my first appointment at this location and it was an awesome experience. The staff was very friendly from the moment I called to let them know I had arrived. I felt like everything was running like a well oiled machine. I appreciated that Donna was willing to help me pick out some new glasses. Even though she then would have to go through and sanitize each one I deemed unworthy. She did it all with a smile and a great attitude. I was super blown away when I found out they could make my glasses the same day and I had them in no time. I got to wear them out. I've never not had to wait at least a week for my glasses. (I'm sure you may have to wait if they don't have the lenses on hand, but they did for me.)On top of that Mike, the man that fit my glasses, was very helpful in making sure I knew how to clean and care for my glasses. Overall a great experience! Thank you to Chris, Donna, Mike, Dr. Pennipede, and all other staff, for making this appointment one that will make me come back for any more eye needs!”

“I tried Midwest Anti-Aging a little over a year ago. I went in for one service in particular because a friend had referred me. Little did I know that I would end up joining the membership program and going back once a month - sometimes more to have Jessica help me manage my hormonal adult acne. I look forward to my monthly appointments with Jessica, because she truly does take her time to analyze my skin and see what it needs that day. She also knows her stuff. She researches products for me and helps me better understand what my skin is trying to tell me. I also love that she never pushes product on me and listens to my goals to be as holistic as possible. While the membership program was not something I was sure I would financially be able to keep doing, I am so glad I have invested in it. I budget for doing brows and occasional services as it is - the program just helps me save a little money and keep consistent with my regimen. So, what are you waiting for?! Do a little something for yourself this month, or every month and make sure to ask for Jessica (except for on Mondays in the evening because that’s when I see her)!”
