Next Basement Finishing Company did a phenomenal job for us! I happened to know Lewis -the owner through my friend. Lewis replaced 3 rotten window frames and fixed the drive way problems for us. Everything turned out beautifully. Lewis was prompt, polite and professional and also did a great job of being tidy and cleaning up after the job. Lewis did a good job from permit application to finishing 2 months ago, they complete a lot of projects – framing, electrical/plumbing, ceiling, doors, drywall installation, painting, flooring, cleaning, even stairs renovation. The Next Basement Finishing team help to turn our basement into the extra play room or media room that we want-– and desperately need! My husband says we want to use again!

(September 11, 2021, 1:21 pm)Lewis did a great job of painting my house. He is very professional and skillful! Great attention to details and high quality! He also is good at dealing with drainage issues. I had some issues with the driveway with puddles after big storm every time. He came up with a good solution with very affordable price. I love it! Definitely will hire him again for future jobs.

(March 5, 2021, 2:20 pm)We hired Lewis to remove mold from our roof shaded by a big tree at first. He did a great job. We then asked him to paint our outside wall. Lewis did a quite careful job and respected and accommodated our requests. We then further asked him to do basement waterproofing work around our house, which saved our house from flooding during this winter. Lewis also fixed a sink sewage pipe and several lights in our house. He is a fantastic and very nice guy. He also charged reasonably.
