Excellent service. Met many people if different back grounds. Had extreme workouts. The staff took great care of my wellness. I felt safe, happy and civil . I had my moments but was up lifted by God and a staff that cared.

I'm a long ways away from home while being here. They took good care of me and now I can get back home. I met lots of nice people here.

I've been working a Merriam Gardens for 5 and half years and I must say that this facility puts a lot of hard work and effort in making sure our residents are cared for properly. When we identify problems we diligently work to rectify them. When I walk into our facility it is neat, clean and odorless. I've have visited several other facilities and in my opinion our facility is one of the best. Our customer service to our residents and families is top notch, and our staff extends themselves and work hard to keep our residents happy.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. The caring and compassionate staff are AMAZING. During my uncles illness he was in numerous rehabilitation centers/long term care facilities. We were truly blessed to find Merriam Gardens. My only regret was not finding it sooner for him. Everyone went over and beyond to make sure he was well taken care of, they treated him and us like family. The world would be a much better place with more care givers, nurses and administrators like those at Merriam. I can not thank them all enough! I would highly recommend.

My mother spent some weeks there for rehab, she loved being there and the staff loved her. She told us (her family) that if she needed to go to a facility that she wanted to go back to Merriam Gardens.
On April 16 of this year we moved her and my dad to Merriam Gardens because they were getting to where they couldn’t take care of each other or themselves.
Since they have arrived they are having a great time. The staff is amazing, everyone is so very nice to the residents as well as their family members. The family gets phone calls every week from the ambassador Gail or the social worker Jamie letting us know how our parents are doing as well as asking if we have any questions or concerns. Krissandra is awesome and very helpful with anything you need. The day we moved my parents in the administrator Levi introduced himself to us and is every bit as nice as the rest of the staff. We are very happy that our parents are at a place that takes such good care of them. I personally would rate them more than 5 stars.
