  I believe it's important to recognize high performers in any organization. I wanted to give you feedback on the excellent experience I had with the manager at the Spring Hill location, Mary Dobson. She really saved the day with a cross country move that became complicated due to bad weather. She was kind, helpful and provided excellent customer service. I rented a 10x30' climate controlled unitat a great price. The facilities are also the nicest and cleanest I have ever seen. Mary even stayed late to put extra salt down in front of my garage unit to prepare for early morning unloading the next day. I give her and this location my highest endorsement.

  Moving can be so stressful!! But after speaking with Mary and her helping me out on what i need for a climate controlled unit! I feel so much better! Thank you Mary! Your a life saver!

  Mary was very helpful today. She gave me a tour of the facility in her golf cart and showed me the available units that would satisfy my storage needs. I'm a returning Customer and will begin my 9th year here on June 1st. Thanks Mary!

  I went up there, staff was very friendly and professional. Place is very Secure with a gate. Very impressed with how clean it is. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else. This is the place to go!
