“Sorry this review is so late, I couldn't get the QR code to work on my phone. I was referred to SERC Physical Therapy in Overland Park after I broke my hand in an embarrassing French Bulldog-chasing related incident. As unfortunate as my accident was, I was equally, if not more fortunate to get to work alongside Jason as he helped me on my journey to recovery. I got my own personalized splint specially crafted for my hand that was comfortable to wear while simultaneously being both durable and strong enough to keep it protected while my hand healed. Each week we'd have strengthening sessions where he'd show me how to perform different exercises to increase flexibility and strength. Best part was right at the start of each session where I got to use a real nifty hot sand hand massage machine thing to warm up for my exercises. It's legit magic, I swear. Instantly decreased pain and increased flexibility in my hand. All that aside, Jason was just a super cool guy to work with and was more than happy to answer all of my many questions I would eventually ask him regarding everything physical therapy. Seriously, too kind. He even looks like Mark Ruffalo, but he says that's just because of the mask. But don't take my word for it, go see for yourself, get yourself an autograph. Easiest 5/5 stars.”

“Newer rooms Clean Good AC. Has it's own unit. They were very understanding of me needing to use their vacuum cleaner before we unload stuff into our room due to my son's pet allergy. You can get water anytime...love that. Very nice front desk staff. I didn't use the shampoo conditioner and body wash provided, but my kids used it which caused a huge fragrance in the room...I was very sensitive to artificial fragrance. Just had to stop kids from using it since we brought our own. Definitely will be back.”
