Finally, the day arrived when I walked into the office. I was put at ease by the staff. They were pleasant, professional and helped to rid any doubts I may have had. Once I was placed in the procedure room, the assistant and Dr. Burroughs explained every step prior to doing anything. They made sure my comfort was top priority and that I understood what would happen as they went along. This experience was nothing like what I saw in the movie, The Paleface, with Bob Hope and Jane Russell.
